The SBSS Team has not been as active during the month of April 2010, but we still continue to use the equipment supplied by Tzec Maun for our research.

Juergen Linder has began working with the Realschule (middle school) of Durmersheim for an Astronomy Night at School.

The class of Miss Kohla, started an Astronomy workshop in November of 2009.  They have been working with Juergen Linder and have plans to use the Tzec Maun Telescopes at the Australia site.  They had time reserved during the month of March 2010, but due to clouds, they were unable to use the telescopes.  They have plans to continue using the telescopes at Tzec Maun for their classroom work when possible.

*April 2, 2010, Steve Farmer (sbsscomets), using the TOA-150, performed observations of asteroids 602 and 1036 for lightcurve and astrometry purposes.  The astrometry was submitted to the Minor Planet Center but the lightcurves have not been published as of yet.  This data will be combined with data collected from Steve Farmer's observatory, The Red Barn Observatory MPC-H68, to produce lightcurve data.
