Date:  20070819

Session:  Automated Survey - 20070821

Detections:  7

Submissions:  23

Notes:  No Unknown Objects Detected

These objects were found in the images of 20070821 and were submitted to the Minor Planet Center.  The areas searched continue to be very near the Milky Way since the large survey telescopes normally avoid this area.  Sky conditions were still better than they have been, but somewhat hazy.  The cloud of the Milky Way was visible with a visual magnitude of about 5.  At midnight, the temperature was holding in at 82F.  These observations were produced by John Sachs, Marcelo Saavedra, and myself - Steve E. Farmer Jr -- Members of the Advanced Amateur Research Team - AART.

The method of centering known asteroids in the search areas proves to produce more data per image.  The search areas are within the constellation Ophiuchus, and within the area of RA 17 25 59  Decl. -06 34 56.  As of 20070821, this area has not been searched the entire month of August.  The field of view produced is 35' x 26'.
