V was expected to be ~17.4

Here's the data I reported to the MPC:

  003691 C2006 09 03.40551 00 30 11.37 +08 39 20.9 17.7 V H68

  003691 C2006 09 03.41075 00 30 10.88 +08 39 21.8 17.7 V H68

  003691 C2006 09 03.42025 00 30 10.10 +08 39 24.4 17.2 V H68

  003691 C2006 09 03.42675 00 30 09.42 +08 39 27.1 17.7 V H68

A total of 25 30 second images were acquired to produce the above four measurements along with 3 five minute exposures (that were not used).

Due to the sun rising, I wasn't able to expand the measurements over a larger time frame.

Total CCD exposure time for this object:  27.5 minutes

Total time spent on this object:  45 minutes

Images were stacked in sets of five to get the producing results.

This image was composed of 20 - 30 second exposures stacked on 3691.
