This object was measured for only about 20 minutes due to cloud cover. The skies were "patchy" and I was working through the haze.
Not a good night for observing. A total of 30 - 30 second exposures were collected and then divided into three groups of ten for stacking.
An object fainter than this would have been nearly impossible to image with the sky conditions.
Total CCD imaging time: 15 minutes over a period of 20 minutes
Total time spent on this object: 30 minutes
Asteroid 54444 (identified in white) shared the same FOV with NEO 2002 TC9 (identified in black).
Both objects were comparable in magnitude. 17.4 - 17.6
Notice in the top image, NEO 2002 TC9 is not clearly visible due to the image stacking techniques.
